Environmental & Chemical Add-ons: Specialty water treatments (such as phosphate removal or metal sequestrant) and extensive storm cleanup following major Florida storms are billed as separate line items.
Automatic Minor Repairs (Under $99): We automatically fix wear-and-tear items up to $99 (such as cracked baskets, leaking pump lids, o-rings, or pressure gauges) to eliminate pool downtime and prevent larger failures. These are billed directly to your account.
Major Repairs (Over $99): Any mechanical repair exceeding $99 requires your direct verbal or written authorization before work begins.
Routine Specialty Maintenance: Standard tasks not covered in the base fee include routine salt cell cleanings performed approximately every 12 weeks ($25.00) and annual DE filter breakdowns ($195.00).

To ensure your water and equipment are perfectly dialed in, our team goes through your pool with a fine-tooth comb during our first few visits. If a rare water issue requires advanced intervention, we follow a transparent process:
- What is Fully Included: Complete chemical testing and standard weekly dosing of routine sanitizers, shock, and pH-balancing chemicals. Standard chemicals include muriatic acid, chlorine, sodium bicarbonate, calcium flake, cyanuric acid, and up to three bags of salt per month.
