This agreement is made on this date: _____________________________ by and between POOLSEYE LLC and _____________________________ (the CUSTOMER) for services being rendered at ____________________________
The purpose of this agreement is for POOLSEYE LLC to perform either pool and/or spa maintenance as described below, to the CUSTOMER for a fee, to be paid as described below.
Weekly Pool Maintenance Scope of Work: POOLSEYE LLC provides comprehensive pool maintenance services to ensure water quality, system functionality, and overall pool health. As part of our regular service, during every weekly visit, we will:
- Test and balance pool water to maintain proper chemical levels (sometimes to the Langlier Saturation Index (LSI) standards)
- Empty skimmer and pump baskets to prevent debris buildup
- Empty the leaf canister trap on a cleaner line to optimize circulation (if applicable)
- Verify the proper operation of automatic pool systems
- Vacuum the pool to maintain cleanliness
- Brush pool surfaces, including walls, tiles, and steps
- Net the pool to remove floating debris
- Conduct basic routine checks of essential pool equipment for functionality (pump & filter)
- Photo of skimmer opening indicating water level
- Ensure water health through ongoing monitoring and adjustments
- Provide digital communication after each service visit for transparency
- Clean filter elements once per month and backwash D.E. filters once every two months (see #19 & #20)
- Routine salt cell cleanings (see #22)
These services are included as part of routine maintenance to uphold the pool’s condition and performance.
1. Frequency of Service: The frequency of service to be provided by POOLSEYE LLC:
Please check option: _______Twice A Week _______Weekly _______Monthly/Hourly _______One Time Service _______Other
- All service options require the CUSTOMER to perform basic maintenance tasks on the pool/spa on the off weeks and in between routine servicing as agreed to above. This may include skimming the pool and emptying the skimmer basket. Failure to perform standard tasks may result in less-than-optimal conditions in your pool and increased cost to the CUSTOMER.
- All services require CUSTOMER to maintain proper water levels in the pool/spa. POOLSEYE LLC will not be held responsible for any damages to the pool, equipment or any other issues that arise as a result of a low water level in a pool. The water level should stand at a minimum 1/3 the height of the skimmer (weir) entrance. Anything below this minimum is considered low.
- The CUSTOMER represents that he/she is legally able to receive work at the address provided upon which the swimming pool/spa work is to be performed and that no existing covenants or restrictions hinder the performance of such work.
- Under any and all circumstances the CUSTOMER shall furnish and be responsible for the cost related to furnishing water, fuel and power for the services and maintenance of their pool/spa.
- In the event the CUSTOMER’S pool requires extra cleaning or visit(s) due to vandalism, poor drainage, debris moval caused by another company, small animal removal, severe algae, acts of nature (i.e. a hurricane, tropical storm, etc.) or other factors not caused by POOLSEYE LLC, there will be an additional charge of $125.00 per hour plus parts and/or chemicals or portion thereof. [See “Additional Cost Services” below]
2. Services to Be Performed:
POOLSEYE LLC provides all necessary materials, including standard chemicals, for weekly pool maintenance. Standard chemicals include muriatic acid, chlorine, sodium bicarbonate, calcium flake, cyanuric acid, and up to three bags of salt per month. Additional materials beyond these will incur an extra charge to the CUSTOMER.
3. Pricing: The CUSTOMER agrees to pay POOLSEYE LLC the standard amount specified below for the frequency of service indicated above.
4. Billing and Payment Terms: POOLSEYE LLC operates on a prepaid billing cycle, where payment is due on the 1st of each month for services rendered during that month. Payments are automatically processed on the 1st of each month, and an emailed receipt will be provided for confirmation. For CUSTOMERS on a per-week pricing structure, billing is calculated in advance based on the number of service weeks in a given month. The system automatically determines whether a month includes four or five service weeks and adjusts the billing accordingly.
5. Payment: POOLSEYE LLC accepts payment via a secure automated system by ACH (e-check). Auto Pay: Payments will be automatically withdrawn on the 1st of each month to cover that month’s service. To enable this feature, the customer must complete and submit a signed payment authorization form to POOLSEYE LLC. Customers may choose to pay via credit or debit card; however, a 3% convenience fee applies to all card transactions.
6. Initial Visit: To ensure effective weekly maintenance, the CUSTOMER’S pool must be clean, algae-free, and chemically balanced at the start of service. A pool that is ready for ongoing maintenance has been regularly maintained, properly balanced, and is neither green nor in the process of turning green. Upon arrival for the first maintenance visit, if the pool requires additional physical labor and/or chemicals to restore water balance and cleanliness to a normal, maintainable condition, a rebalancing surcharge will apply. This surcharge begins at $50.00 and will increase based on the severity of the pool’s condition.
7. Late Payments/Fees: Any amount outstanding for 30 or more days will bear a $15 late fee. The CUSTOMER explicitly agrees that in the case of default on the terms of this service agreement they shall be liable for all costs and expenses of collections, including reasonable attorney’s fees, court costs, disbursements and interest on the unpaid balance at 18% annum. Deposited checks that are returned by a bank are subject to a $10.00 fee.
8. Cease Service Policy Due to Non-Payment: The invoice is due on the 1st of the month for that month of service (prepay). If the invoice is left unpaid by the 15th, service will stop until the invoice has been paid. Any chemical deficiencies or other issues that arise after service has ceased will incur an additional cost to the CUSTOMER to correct. POOLSEYE LLC will not be held responsible for issues that arise after service has been stopped.
9. Additional Cost Services: POOLSEYE LLC will make every reasonable effort to maintain your pool in a safe and healthy manner. This may include advising you of additional services that may be necessary at additional cost as they fall outside the normal scope of work, such as the following:
- Chemical surcharges due to un-repaired leaks in the pool and/or pool equipment
- Leaks, whether originating from the pool structure or associated equipment, can lead to excessive chemical loss and increased maintenance costs. To ensure proper pool operation and water quality, the CUSTOMER is responsible for addressing any known leaks in a timely manner. POOLSEYE LLC reserves the right to discontinue service if a pool or equipment leak is identified and remains unaddressed.
- Chemical surcharge due to overfill of pool water;
- Excessive pool water levels, whether caused by rainfall or accidental overfilling from a hose or fill line, can impact chemical balance and treatment requirements. The CUSTOMER must notify POOLSEYE LLC in advance of a scheduled weekly maintenance visit if they are aware that their pool has been overfilled so that POOLSEYE can stock their truck accordingly for the higher chemical needs to begin rebalancing the pool water.
- Phosphate Treatments (mandatory treatment policy);
- Phosphates are a nutrient source for algae. The more phosphates in the water, the more food there is for algae to consume, and the faster the algae will grow. There’s always a possibility for algae growth in a pool with phosphates in the water. Phosphates cause increased chemical expenses to POOLSEYE LLC and therefore cannot remain untreated. If phosphates are identified in a pool at a problematic level (over 125ppb), POOLSEYE LLC will send CUSTOMER an email that outlines the treatment process and provides a quote to perform the special treatment. If CUSTOMER does not approve the special treatment within 14 days, POOLSEYE LLC will perform the special treatment and invoice/charge the form of payment on file. POOLSEYE LLC reserves the right to discontinue service if CUSTOMER does not allow a phosphate treatment to be performed.
- Black Algae treatments;
- Partial-draining pool to lower the TDS residuals;
- Partial-draining pool to lower calcium levels;
- Storm or special clean events;
- Cleaning and/or removal of scum, oil, or mineral deposits from the tile or pool finish;
- Clean-up of broken glass and/or fecal incidents (by human or animal);
- Significant water level adjustments or draining excessive amounts of high water due to a lack of a functioning pool overflow
- Properties that have facilities pressure cleaned or landscaping service performed whereby excessive debris is deposited into the water;
- Reputable lawn services are either mindful to not blow debris into a pool, or at the very least, use a net to scoop it out when they are finished with their work. POOLSEYE LLC will charge a $125.00 trip charge to return to a property at CUSTOMER request to clean out debris caused by another company/contractor.
- Properties that have the pool resurfaced and require start-up(s) procedures
- Instances when other chemical and mineral agents are required to maintain clear and balanced water conditions including coagulants, algaecides, sequestering or chelating agents, and flocculants;
- Additional cleaning due to equipment issues and/or equipment change-outs that may or may not result in downtime
Note: The above list is not an exhaustive list. Other necessary services may arise based on the specific conditions of the pool and its equipment.
10. Maintenance Route Equipment Troubleshooting & Repair Policy: Any service required beyond the scope of routine weekly maintenance (see above) may necessitate an additional visit to the CUSTOMER’S pool by a POOLSEYE LLC repair technician. This would be considered a service call and will incur a discounted service call fee of $95.00 (discounted from $150.00 for our existing maintenance clients). This includes, but is not limited to, issues such as a pump failing to prime, plumbing leak, salt system error message, etc. POOLSEYE LLC maintenance technicians assigned to weekly maintenance routes are not authorized to troubleshoot or address equipment concerns outside of something very basic. Such tasks are not factored into routine maintenance visits and may cause scheduling delays, impacting the technician’s ability to complete all scheduled stops for the day. If an equipment issue requires assessment, troubleshooting, or diagnosis, a separate service call visit by a POOLSEYE LLC repair technician will be scheduled. This visit will be subject to a $95.00 service call fee, plus the cost of any necessary parts.
11. Equipment Issues and Repairs: If POOLSEYE LLC identifies an issue with the CUSTOMER’S pool or equipment during routine service, the CUSTOMER will be notified by either documentation in the weekly service report, via call, text, or email. Issues are prioritized based on severity and addressed in order of importance (i.e. a pump being completely down takes priority over a broken skimmer basket). In the event that a problem arises, the CUSTOMER should contact POOLSEYE LLC as soon as possible to authorize a service call. POOLSEYE LLC exercises diligence in troubleshooting and repair procedures; however, interactions with older equipment may inadvertently exacerbate existing conditions. As such, POOLSEYE LLC is not responsible for damages to equipment resulting from normal use, wear, and tear. Additionally, POOLSEYE LLC reserves the right to decline equipment repairs at its discretion.
12. Repairs & Pre-Authorization Amount Policy: Repairs are not included in the monthly service fee. To have your back and keep your pool blue, clear, and swim-ready, as a customer of POOLSEYE LLC, you authorize us to do wear and tear repairs for up to $99 without additional approval and charge for the repair. This could include replacing a basket, pump lid, o-ring, pressure gauge, etc. Fixing these items quickly will reduce pool downtime and minimize larger issues from occurring if items are not fixed in a timely manner. Repairs greater than $99 shall require Customer authorization in advance of the repair.
13. Operational Hours and Emergency Procedures: POOLSEYE LLC operates exclusively during regular business hours, Monday through Friday, from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. Services are not available on weekends or outside of these hours. In the event that the CUSTOMER has concerns regarding their pool and/or equipment during non-operational hours, they are advised to power down the system at the breaker for safety purposes and to contact POOLSEYE LLC during normal business hours for further assistance.
14. Holidays: To provide an enjoyable working environment for employees, POOLSEYE will recognize the following holidays throughout the year whereby the business operations may be closed or a modified service may be performed: New-Years Day, Memorial Day, Fourth of July, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Week, and Christmas week (exact dates may vary). During these holidays, POOLSEYE LLC will make every effort to work ahead, and every attempt will be made to make sure the aquatic environment is in excellent condition and chemicals are plentiful to get through each holiday. Additionally, you acknowledge that no credit will be provided for these planned skipped days of service.
15. Inclement Weather: In the event of rain on your service day, the pool/spa will be cleaned to the extent weather permits. POOLSEYE LLC has the right to not vacuum the pool if the technician cannot see to the bottom of the pool due to the inclement weather to protect his/her equipment from damage. POOLSEYE LLC also has the right to skip any services that require holding a metal pole in their hand if the technician is in fear of lightning. There will not be any form of compensation or refund or rescheduling of service due to an act of nature which prevents us from servicing your pool on your regularly scheduled day. Any chemical issues, including algae, will be addressed and covered by POOLSEYE LLC with no additional cost to the CUSTOMER on the following week’s visit.
16. Pump Run Time Control Policy: Proper pump run time and speed are essential for maintaining optimal water chemistry, circulation, and filtration in a pool. The CUSTOMER grants POOLSEYE LLC full authorization to set and adjust pump run time and speed(s) as necessary to ensure effective pool maintenance. If the CUSTOMER does not permit POOLSEYE LLC complete control over pump run time and speed settings, POOLSEYE LLC reserves the right to discontinue service. The CUSTOMER is required to contact POOLSEYE LLC with any inquiries regarding pump operation before making independent adjustments.
17. Langelier Saturation Index (LSI): The Langelier Saturation Index (LSI) is the holistic view of water balance, and it accounts for things like water temperature. POOLSEYE LLC reserves the right to balance a pool’s water chemistry to the Langelier Saturation Index as they see fit.
18. Chemicals and Filter Media: Basic chemicals are added when needed and are furnished by POOLSEYE LLC. This applies for any of the monthly service plans or one-time service listed above. For any additional services, the CUSTOMER will be charged for the parts, chemicals and/or labor. Additional chemicals can be purchased upon request of the customer. POOLSEYE LLC will recharge the D.E. filter with fresh D.E. powder after each backwashing at no cost to the CUSTOMER. This does not include a full D.E. Filter cleaning/teardown that is required, at a minimum, annually, for an additional charge.
19. Cartridge Filter Element Replacement Policy (mandatory annual replacement) Annual filter element replacements are mandatory and non-negotiable. To maintain optimal filtration, water chemistry, and overall pool condition, the CUSTOMER agrees to allow POOLSEYE LLC to perform, at a minimum, an annual replacement of the cartridge filter element. POOLSEYE LLC will exclusively use trade-grade filter elements to ensure quality and system functionality. To allow CUSTOMER time to budget for this necessary component, an estimate for this service will be sent via email before the replacement occurs. Once the estimate is approved, POOLSEYE LLC will order the filter element and install it during a regular weekly maintenance visit. If the estimate remains unapproved after 14 days, CUSTOMER authorizes POOLSEYE LLC to proceed with the replacement and invoice/charge the form of payment on file. The CUSTOMER may opt into automatic filter element replacements, waiving the quote approval process, in exchange for a $5.00 discount. To activate this option, the CUSTOMER must email the office at service@poolseye.com. POOLSEYE LLC does not install cartridge filter elements purchased directly by the CUSTOMER, as it cannot guarantee product quality or be held liable for potential failures. The use of budget-brand filter elements may result in premature deterioration, insufficient filtration, and poor water quality. POOLSEYE LLC reserves the right to discontinue service if the CUSTOMER installs their own filter element or refuses replacement entirely.
20. D.E. Filter Teardown and Cleaning Policy (mandatory service) Regular filter servicing is mandatory and non-negotiable to ensure the system’s performance. All diatomaceous earth (D.E.) filters require a minimum of one annual service to maintain proper functionality and water chemistry. Some filters with heavier debris and bather loads will require more than one teardown/cleaning annually if the pool experiences issues related to poor filtration. This teardown/cleaning service includes a complete teardown of the filter, inspection for potential issues, reassembly, and replenishment of fresh D.E. powder. To allow CUSTOMER time to budget for this necessary service, an estimate for this service will be sent via email in advance of the cleaning. Upon approval by CUSTOMER, the service will be scheduled accordingly. If the estimate remains unapproved after 14 days, CUSTOMER authorizes POOLSEYE LLC to proceed with servicing the filter and invoice/charge the CUSTOMER’S form of payment on file. If a component within the filter is found to be compromised during the service and the cost exceeds $99, POOLSEYE LLC will provide a quote for the repair or replacement, allowing 14 days for approval. If approval is not received within this timeframe, POOLSEYE LLC reserves the right to discontinue service. For repairs under $99, POOLSEYE LLC will automatically proceed with the repair or replacement and charge the form of payment on file.
21. Salt Chlorinators: POOLSEYE LLC understands and appreciates the benefits of salt-water chlorination. However, salt is a corrosive material. POOLSEYE LLC will not accept any responsibility for damages, staining, corrosion, or deterioration of any of the pool equipment or surfaces of the pool that may result from the use of salt in the pool.
22. Routine Salt Cell Cleanings Policy (mandatory routine service) Salt cells require routine special cleanings. POOLSEYE LLC will perform routine salt cell cleanings at a charge of $25.00 per occurrence. Service will be performed and CUSTOMER will be automatically charged or invoiced.
23. Tab Floater/Inline Chlorinator: POOLSEYE LLC may deem it necessary to utilize chemicals that require either a tab floater or inline chlorinator. If CUSTOMER does not have an operational inline chlorinator, POOLSEYE LLC will install a tab floater in the pool and charge CUSTOMER’s form of payment on file or send an invoice. If CUSTOMER does not prefer a tab floater in their pool, they are to notify POOLSEYE LLC at which time POOLSEYE LLC will send quotes for alternatives: an inline chlorinator or salt system. If CUSTOMER does not allow a tab floater or a quoted alternative, POOLSEYE LLC reserves the right to discontinue service.
24. Pool/Spa Cover Policy: If the pool/spa is covered, the technician will not provide full service unless the CUSTOMER removes said cover. If cover is over the pool/spa upon arrival, POOLSEYE technician will perform a modified service by emptying skimmer and pump baskets. No refunds or discounts will be given for a modified service due to a covered pool/spa.
25. Removal of Toys, Furniture, and Other Items from Pool: The CUSTOMER is responsible for ensuring that all toys, furniture, floats, rocks, and any other objects that may interfere with or damage POOLSEYE LLC’s vacuum system are removed from the pool prior to each scheduled service visit. POOLSEYE LLC does not remove or relocate such items as part of regular maintenance and is not liable for any debris that remains trapped or hidden among these objects.
26. Pets: It is the CUSTOMER’S responsibility to contain and restrain all pets. We will do our best to keep the gates closed at all times, but we will not be held responsible if a pet gets out while we are performing our work. In addition, the customer accepts responsibility for any injuries inflicted by pets on our technicians. POOLSEYE LLC reserves the right to refuse service if the technician feels their life is endangered due to pets in the area in which the work is to be performed.
27. Access: The CUSTOMER must ensure immediate access for the technician on the scheduled service day, either by providing a key, a code or keeping the pool and equipment area unlocked. If access is denied, a $25 return fee will apply. No refunds will be issued for lockouts. POOLSEYE is not responsible for lost keys. For security and convenience, a coded lock is preferred over a physical key that requires POOLSEYE to retain possession between visits.
28. Automatic Pool Cleaners: POOLSEYE LLC understands and appreciates the benefits of an automatic pool cleaner. However, POOLSEYE LLC will not accept any responsibility for repairs needed to these units that may result from regular use in the pool. If CUSTOMER purchases an automatic pool cleaner, POOLSEYE LLC will install it for a one-time fee, agreed upon prior to work being performed. Furthermore, POOLSEYE LLC reserves the right to refuse installation and/or repairs to Automatic Pool Cleaners at any time. Weekly maintenance visits do not include inspections or reporting of cleaners functionality.
29: Fiberglass Pools/Spas: Due to the inherent nature and deterioration of the materials used in fiberglass pools/spas, POOLSEYE LLC will not be responsible, or held liable, for any issues associated with the surface or finish of the fiberglass pool/spa at any time.
30. Pool Finishes: Under the terms of this agreement, POOLSEYE LLC will not be held responsible for any staining of plaster. Since plaster is composed of natural materials, a certain amount of shading, staining and color variation is to be expected.
31. Time on Site: The monthly service fee covers a maximum of half an hour of labor during each visit. Heavy foliage occurs more at certain times of the year. Additional visits may be required during that time at an additional charge. CUSTOMER must contact the office to request an additional visit if desired.
32. Natural Disasters: In the event of a natural disaster such as a hurricane, tornado, flooding, etc., POOLSEYE LLC reserves the right to act in the best interest of the safety of our team and clients. POOLSEYE LLC will make every effort to ensure your pool is taken care of and safe. This could result in a partial or missed service which will not be eligible for a credit. POOLSEYE LLC will not be held liable and absorb the expense of chemical washout and/or excess debris removal from an act of God. Anything outside of normal weekly maintenance whether that be extra time on site (anything more than 30 minutes) to remove debris or excessive chemicals to rebalance the pool water will be charged to the form of payment on file, categorized as a storm surcharge.
33. Disclaimer: POOLSEYE LLC will not be responsible for any damage to property due to acts of nature, fire, vandalism, God, war, riot, misuse or abuse by the CUSTOMER. POOLSEYE LLC is not responsible for the performance of any chemicals it does not provide. CUSTOMER should be aware of normal deterioration of equipment that occurs over time due to exposure to chemicals and sunlight. Due to these factors, POOLSEYE LLC recommends other annual services (e.g. filter cleaning, etc.) above normal maintenance. The CUSTOMER is responsible for maintaining the correct water level and keeping trees and plants trimmed away from the pool/spa and equipment. POOLSEYE LLC is not responsible for any damages or deterioration caused by failure of CUSTOMER to perform services between visits and off weeks, other services recommended by POOLSEYE LLC as listed above (Section 1). If you have any complaints or concerns regarding frequency or completeness of service, you must call POOLSEYE LLC within 24 hours after the service was performed or scheduled. POOLSEYE LLC reserves the right to withdraw services, at any time, for any reason. It is recommended for the CUSTOMER to wait a minimum of four hours after adding chemicals to swim. Longer wait-to-swim times are always encouraged to ensure proper chemical disbursement into the pool’s filtration system. POOLSEYE LLC will not be responsible for injuries/damages to CUSTOMERS who disregard this.
34. Termination: This agreement may be terminated at any time with written or verbal notice as long as the CUSTOMER’S balance is paid in full. POOLSEYE LLC strives to excel in customer satisfaction but reserves the right, at any time, to withdraw services if customer satisfaction cannot be achieved. If termination is requested by CUSTOMER on or after the 1st of a new month, no refunds will be issued for a partial month of service.
35: Our Agreement: Both the CUSTOMER and POOLSEYE LLC agree that this written agreement contains all the agreements, understandings, and representation made by both the CUSTOMER and POOLSEYE LLC herein. No representation, agreement, warranty or other statement, written or oral, made by POOLSEYE LLC, agent or employee, shall be valid and binding unless it is included and made part of this agreement. No amendments, alterations, cancellations or changes to this agreement shall be valid unless it is in writing and subscribed by the CUSTOMER and POOLSEYE LLC. The CUSTOMER also agrees not to employ any of POOLSEYE LLC’S employees or subcontractors of POOLSEYE LLC without the company’s prior written consent.
36: Warranty: POOLSEYE LLC warrants that all material used in completing the repair or work contracted herein will be of good quality and performed in a competent and workmanlike manner. Should any defects in workmanship occur, POOLSEYE LLC will repair any improper workmanship and/or replace and repair defective materials without cost to the CUSTOMER, provided the CUSTOMER has notified POOLSEYE LLC of such defects within 24 hours after the completion of this service or repair. Furthermore, this is provided the CUSTOMER has paid POOLSEYE LLC in full the agreed price of the work as set forth in this agreement and has complied in full with the terms and conditions of the agreement. Equipment, parts or accessories purchased by POOLSEYE LLC for use in this service or repair are subject to the manufacturer’s guarantee. POOLSEYE LLC shall not be responsible for any consequential damages or contingent liability arising out of the failure of any product or its accessories to operate properly. The warranty is limited to the original CUSTOMER of the swimming pool/spa and is not transferable except upon written consent of POOLSEYE LLC.
37. Solicitation: It is agreed that CUSTOMER shall, under no circumstances, solicit or attempt to solicit a POOLSEYE employee or subcontractor from POOLSEYE to do work directly for a CUSTOMER. Any attempt to do so will void all warranties and be grounds for POOLSEYE discontinuing service.
38. Indemnification: Owner shall indemnify and hold POOLSEYE LLC harmless for any claims or litigation commenced against POOLSEYE LLC due to the CUSTOMER’S breach of any provision of this agreement.
39. Insurance: POOLSEYE carries full Worker’s Compensation and Liability Insurance. Owner of premises and/or CUSTOMER are expected to carry usual property insurance. POOLSEYE shall not be liable for any claims that would normally be handled by property insurance if CUSTOMER fails to carry such insurance.
40. Photos/Videos: CUSTOMER agrees to allow POOLSEYE LLC to use any and all photos or videos taken for use of advertisement purposes at the location for which the CUSTOMER contracted POOLSEYE LLC’S work. POOLSEYE LLC agrees to not include any personal or identifying information such as street address, license plates, etc. If a CUSTOMER is included in a photo or video it will be done so with CUSTOMER’S consent.
41. Modifications to Terms: POOLSEYE LLC reserves the right to modify the terms and conditions of this TOS or POOLSEYE LLC’S’ policies relating to the Services at any time, effective upon posting of an updated version of this TOS on the website at poolseye.com/terms. Therefore, it is important to check the last updated date posted at the top of this TOS each time you visit the website or use any of the Services to ensure you are familiar with our most updated terms. Ensuring the Best Pool Care: Why Certain Services Are Non-Negotiable
At POOLSEYE, our commitment is to provide top-tier pool maintenance, ensuring that your swimming pool remains clean, safe, and operating at peak performance. To achieve this standard, certain services are non-negotiable.
Some Examples:
- Annual Cartridge Filter Element Replacements by POOLSEYE with a trade-grade filter element
- Annual D.E. Filter Teardown Service by POOLSEYE + Replacing Compromised Components
- Routine Salt Cell Cleanings by POOLSEYE
- Phosphate Treatments by POOLSEYE
- Leak Repairs (physical pool & equipment)
- Pre-Authorization Amount: wear and tear repairs for up to $99 without additional approval
Skipping or delaying essential tasks not only compromises the health of your pool but also makes our job significantly more challenging, often leading to greater costs due to the extra time, effort, and/or materials required to maintain the pool and/or restore the pool to optimal conditions. Routine maintenance prevents costly repairs, avoids unnecessary less-than-optimal conditions, and assists in equipment longevity.
To continue offering the high-quality service you expect from us, we require adherence to the full scope of necessary maintenance. This ensures efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and, most importantly, a stress-free swimming experience for you.
Thank you for understanding and trusting us to maintain your pool with the care it deserves!
